Elegiac Poets (Elegia)
Tibullus and Propertius wrote elegies, poems of love in couplets. An elegiac couplet is a hexameter line followed by a pentameter line.

How it connects
Ovid uses the same couplet for love poetry. Vergil's epic does not.
