By using Latin Launchpad, you agree to these terms. If the learner is a minor, a parent, guardian, or authorized school representative should review them.
Educational purpose
Latin Launchpad provides supplemental educational content and practice tools. It does not guarantee a particular grade, assessment result, level of mastery, or compatibility with a specific curriculum. Teachers and families remain responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate for an individual learner.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or other users. You may not attempt to bypass security, access another person's account, interfere with normal operation, submit malicious code, scrape the service at disruptive volume, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Accounts
You are responsible for information submitted through an account and for keeping its credentials secure. A person creating or using a synced account must be at least 13, and no child under 13 may use or be identified in a synced account on the current public service. Younger learners may use guest mode. Account information should be accurate enough to support authentication and recovery. Contact Latin Launchpad promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Content and permitted classroom use
The site and its original text, organization, design, and learning materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Families and educators may use the service and print its designated printable materials for personal, household, or classroom instruction. Materials may not be republished, resold, or presented as another product without permission.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, corrected, suspended, or discontinued. Features and content may evolve as lessons are improved. While care is taken with educational material, errors can occur; please report suspected errors through the contact page.
Third-party services
The service relies on third-party hosting, authentication, and delivery providers. Their availability and terms may affect portions of Latin Launchpad. Links to external resources are provided for convenience and do not imply control of those resources.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Latin Launchpad and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
